A gentle woodland walk  from Fyvie to the castle, around the  grounds and the castle loch. 2 to 3 miles. No short walk.

A level walk on the Formartine and Buchan Way – 6 miles.

Potarch/Shooting Greens to Banchory.:NO698 958. 

Walk starts at Shooting Green car park and follows forest tracks, passing through mature woodland, then descends to the banks of the Dee where we follow the path along by the river.From there we pass by the Blackhall Forest and reach Banchory car park via Auchattie. 7 miles approx.. Short walk available

Corrennie Forest

From Tillfourie, a sieady uphill climb, good track, beautiful view from the top, then descend

A pleasant, level walk through woodlands, from Kemnay through the Fetternear estate, past the Bishop’s Palace, across the Shakkin’ Briggie, and back to Kemnay. 5.5 miles Short walk t.b.a

Wed 11th April

Laurencekirk Circular :LM45 (714 712)

A fairly level walk starting and ending at the Main Street in Laurencekirk, going through Denlethen Wood and neighbouring farmland.to Luther Water (dug by Napoleonic prisoners of war). Much of the farmland is used for spring bulb growing, so should be colourful! 6 miles. Short walk to be arranged.
