                          From the car park in Banchory along the riverside path towards

                          Milton of Crathes. Cross the A93 into Crathes Castle grounds

                          round the millpond on to the forest path and return to Banchory

                          by the riverside walk 7 miles. Short walk 3.5 miles from

                          Banchory to the Castle.

A coastal walk via Garmouth with good views of the Moray Firth.

                           7 miles.  Short walk from Spey Bay to Garmouth 4 miles.

Auchallater to Loch Callater LM43

Walk there and back on a very good walking surface 6,5 miles

                           Short walk from Auchallater crosses the Clunie Water by the foot

                           bridge and takes the road past Braemar golf course into Braemar

                           4 miles.

                                         Forfar Loch and Balmashanner LM54                                             

                        

                           Two separate walks in the Forfar area. Morning – walk round              

                          Forfar Loch flat 3 miles. Afternoon – walk up to the War Memorial    

                          at Balmashanner 3 miles. Short walk round the Loch
